Hello! The other day I had baked some Russian Fudge (a New Zealand staple), and I had 1/2 a can of condensed milk leftover, so I wasn’t sure what to do with it, and then I was like “omg, I can make TimTam truffles!!!!) So here’s a SUPER SUPER easy recipe for TimTam truffles. Who doesn’t love TimTams???

TimTam Truffles!

Makes about 16 truffles.

Ingredients/What You Will Need

  • 1/2 can condensed milk (about 200grams)
  • 1 x packet of TimTams (I used original, but you could really use any flavour you like really)
  • 1 x blender/food processor (or a rolling pin and sandwich bag)
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 x bowl
  • Baking paper

Method

  1. Blitz a packet of TimTams in a blender for about 30 seconds, until they form a nice crumb
  2. Mix in condensed milk. Set in the fridge for about 1.5 hours.
  3. Using a teaspoon, make small truffle-sized balls and roll in coconut.
  4. Place truffles on a baking sheet in a container and pop back in the fridge to fully set.
  5. Truffles only take about 1-2 hours to set. Enjoy!

Make sure you keep your truffles in the fridge. They will last about 4 days in an airtight container.
