Biscoff Truffles Recipe
Makes about 24 – 26 truffles!
Ingredients/What You Will Need
- 1 can condensed milk (395g)
- 2 x packets Biscoff biscuits (crushed)
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- Biscoff spread (if you like)
- 1 x blender/food processor (or a rolling pin + sandwich bag)
- Baking paper
Method
- Blitz x 2 packets Biscoff biscuits in a blender for about 30 seconds, until they form a nice crumb.
- Mix in condensed milk and a tiny bit of Biscoff spread.
- Place in the fridge for about 15 minutes (these ones don’t need long to harden).
- Using a teaspoon, make small truffle-sized balls and roll in coconut.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet in a container and pop back in the fridge to fully set.
- Truffles only take about 1-2 hours to set. Enjoy!
Make sure you keep your truffles in the fridge. They will last about 4 days in an airtight container.
Pro Tip: You could melt some white chocolate and use that instead of coconut for the outside of the truffles!
