Hello there! I’m Ash – creator of “Eats With Ash” AND the successful lifestyle blog with a sociological twist on things asheycakes.

I’m a self-proclaimed foodie from New Zealand, now calling Melbourne, Australia, home. When I’m not dreaming about my next meal, you can find me building the ultimate charcuterie boards, hunting down the best snacks, or exploring hidden gems in Melbourne’s food scene. Eats with Ash is my little corner of the internet to share recipes, snack reviews, restaurant experiences, and more. Fun fact: I firmly believe cheese is its own food group, and I have a mild obsession with perfectly crispy chips (fries, for those confused). This blog is 1000% dedicated to celebrating the joy of eating, one bite at a time! I live with my partner Luke and we have a corgi called Benji (pictured below). All three of us have definitely bonded over our love of food.

My favourite flavours include: chilli & lime, mango, salt & vinegar, and raspberry & white chocolate.

My current foodie obsessions are: Mersey Valley Salt & Vinegar Cheese, Iced Strawberry Matchas, and Biscoff Croissants.
